Withdrawal
Application for a Transfer Certificate must be made in the form available at the School Office.
A calendar month's notice must be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or a month's fee is charged. If notice is given in March or May or November the fees for April, June and December must be paid.
A Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all dues are cleared.
In the case of request for a duplicate Transfer Certificate, the parent or guardian will be asked to state in writing what happened to the original certificate and why a duplicate is required.
No fee will be charged for a Transfer Certificate if asked for within a year from the Date of leaving the School, After this period, a fee of 100 will be charged for every subsequent year to a maximum of 500. A fee of 100 will be charged for a duplicate copy of the School Leaving certificate or birth date extract from the General Register.
No certificate of any kind will be given without a written application from the parent/guardian. The application should be handed in the School Office at least eight days before the date on which the certificate is required.
