Description:
Pre-Primary Yoga Day Activity was celebrated on 19 November 2019 for class LKG and 05 December 2019 for class UKG. Sudhir sir and Samiksha kukreti was the instructor for this event. They taught different forms of yoga which means to unite and symbolize the union of body and consciousness. children did the following asanas:- Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana.
